What is the difference between counseling and therapy?
While the terms are often used interchangeably, there are some distinctions: Counseling is often considered short-term and focuses on specific challenges, providing practical solutions. Therapy is generally deeper and long-term, addressing emotional patterns, trauma, and lasting change. At our practice, we offer both approaches under the same name “counseling” by tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.
What is Christian counseling?

Faith & Counseling
Do I have to be Christian to receive counseling?
No, we welcome all backgrounds. Faith integration is optional and tailored to your comfort.
Can I receive counseling without religious elements?
Yes, we offer a purely clinical, evidence-based approach upon request.
Do you use Scripture and prayer in sessions?
